Others should join this group because it is an emotionally safe vehicle for developing the courage to step out on faith. Unless your parent was an entrepreneur, most people never look to business ownership as a viable career path. By the time women realize the need to do so, it is often at too late a life-stage to fully commit to a risky endeavor. All to often, entrepreneurship for women is a Plan B alternative as opposed to a Plan A strategy for self-expression and self-determination. If all this group does is sow the seeds of business-ownership in the minds of more women at a younger age, it will be a great success.
