Campaign Manager
We are looking for an experienced Advertising Operations Professional to come in and hit the ground running. Working on sites for magazines such as Everyday with Rachael Ray, Reader's Digest and The Family Handyman, you will be responsible for all aspects of Campaign Management.
Job Description
This role will work closely with the ad sales team & project manager to ensure all aspects of advertising deals are managed and executed in a timely and organized manner.
Hours for this position are 10am – 6pm EST, with the occasional need to work late as circumstances call for.
Position Description:
• Use Doubleclick's DFP ad serving systems to test, schedule, traffic & report on online ad campaigns.
• Responsible for communicating with clients directly, as it pertains to receiving/testing/posting advertising materials.
• Proactively monitor campaign delivery, investigating discrepancies with clients, agencies and third-party platforms as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues that may occur while the campaigns are in progress.
• Provide excellent Customer Service by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely fashion.
• Provide Sales with detailed weekly reporting, including performance summary and optimization recommendations.
• Work closely with Finance to ensure proper revenue recognition & billing on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
• 2 years experience with Online Trafficking, Inventory and ad serving systems is required (DFP preferred)
• Experience with various Rich Media vendors such as Pointroll, Eyeblaster and Eyewonder
• Working knowledge of html, flash, javascript & Iframe ad formats
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics
• Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task under pressure
• Extremely reliable team player
• B.A. or B.S. degree required
• Accurate data entry skills, problem solving ability and the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
• Experience within the Online Publishing environment is preferred
